The Board of Directors meets about every other month, any member is entitled to attend any meeting of the Board. Please contact us if you would like more information.

Get ready for a patriotic Sierra Oaks tradition!

Join us for the Sierra Oaks Bicycle Parades on the 4th of July. Decorate your bikes, scooters, and strollers in red, white, and blue and come celebrate with neighbors.

The fun begins at 9:30 AM with donuts and coffee at the Morley Way Parade, which will lead into the 41st Annual Sierra Oaks Drive Parade at 10:30 AM. After the parades, enjoy face painting and Kona Ice, proudly sponsored by SONA.

SONA will also host a Bike Decorating Party on Friday, July 3 at 6:30 PM at Oak Meadow Park. Decorations and snacks will be provided — just bring your bike, friends, and a chair.

During July, SONA memberships are 50% off. Membership dues help fund Sacramento County Sheriff patrols and neighborhood events throughout the SONA area.

Swap n’ Stroll - neighbors host individual garage sales on the same day, SONA promotes
Fourth of July - bike decorating party, parades throughout the neighborhood, and decorating American River Drive with US flags
Concert in the Park - music, food, and joy at Oak Meadow Park
Sierra Oaks Movie Night - cozy outdoor movie at Sierra Oaks K8 School
Annual Membership Meeting - guest speakers, updates on patrols, neighborhood safety, and upcoming projects
