Board Meetings 
The Board of Directors meets about every other month, any member is entitled to attend any meeting of the Board. Please contact us if you would like more information. 
Swap & Stroll – Saturday, May 2 | 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

SONA’s annual Swap & Stroll is back! This neighborhood-wide garage sale is a great way to clear out unwanted items and find new treasures close to home.
 
Neighbors who would like to host a sale can register their address here. Registration closes Sunday, April 19.
 
SONA will create and share a map of participating homes and promote the event through our community channels. Participants should provide any directional signs needed on the day of the event.
 
Whether you're decluttering, treasure hunting, or just enjoying a walk through the neighborhood, it’s a great way to connect with neighbors.
Annual Events
SONA hosts an incredible lineup of events that bring neighbors together and create lasting memories: 
  • Swap n’ Stroll - neighbors host individual garage sales on the same day, SONA promotes
  • Fourth of July - bike decorating party, parades throughout the neighborhood, and decorating American River Drive with US flags
  • Concert in the Park - music, food, and joy at Oak Meadow Park
  • Sierra Oaks Movie Night - cozy outdoor movie at Sierra Oaks K8 School
  • Annual Membership Meeting - guest speakers, updates on patrols, neighborhood safety, and upcoming projects
