Sierra Oaks Movie Night

Join your Sierra Oaks neighbors for a free family movie night under the stars featuring Minions & Monsters! SONA is pleased to co-sponsor this community event with Mission Oaks Recreation & Park District. Bring blankets, lawn chairs, and flashlights, and settle in for a fun evening at Sierra Oaks School. Kevin’s Hot Dogs, Kona Ice, and concessions will be available for purchase.

Friday, September 18
Doors open: 6:15 p.m.
Movie starts: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Sierra Oaks School blacktop/field
Cost: Free

Please note: This is not a drop-off event; children must have a responsible guardian on site. No pets or animals, please.

SONA hosts an incredible lineup of events that bring neighbors together and create lasting memories:

Swap n’ Stroll - neighbors host individual garage sales on the same day, SONA promotes
Fourth of July - bike decorating party, parades throughout the neighborhood, and decorating American River Drive with US flags
Concert in the Park - music, food, and joy at Oak Meadow Park
Sierra Oaks Movie Night - cozy outdoor movie at Sierra Oaks K8 School
Annual Membership Meeting - guest speakers, updates on patrols, neighborhood safety, and upcoming projects
